Our cost-effective honeycomb, foam and other lightweight substrate cores, bonded between a variety of rigid skins, are perfect for high-tech environments.

Aluminum honeycomb cores are the norm for cleanroom panels, given Aluminum’s exceptional strength to weight ratio. But Bellcomb also offers more cost-effective solutions, including Kraft honeycomb, foams, and our exclusive S-fluted polypropylene plastic. Aluminum facings, in a wide range of finishes, are commonly paired with honeycomb cores in high-tech applications. However, Stainless Steel, melamine-faced hardboard, and plastic skins are also frequently used depending on the specific clean room requirements.

Bellcomb cleanroom panels and panel systems can be manufactured with electrostatic dissipative (ESD) skins in many standard finishes. For critical applications such as these we use non out-gassing adhesives.

Our lightweight panels range from .125" to over 2" thick, depending on application requirements. For our clients’ convenience we offer a comprehensive line of .25" standard products to fit existing extrusion systems. And, as always, we are happy to size panels to clients’ kit requirements at no additional charge.
