David Hartwell

President and Founder of Bellcomb

Prior to founding Bellcomb in 1989, David was involved in manufacturing and real estate concerns. Outside of Bellcomb, David is passionate about the environment. He is actively involved in efforts to preserve natural areas and systems as well as environmental education.

Duane Jokela

Vice President of Manufacturing

Prior to coming to Bellcomb Duane developed extensive experience in industrial manufacturing and operations. Family, home improvement and outdoor sports/adventure provide Duane with meaningful leisure and balance in his life.

Melissa Flannigan-Posterick

Controller

Melissa joined Bellcomb from the mortgage banking industry. She holds a B.S. from St. Cloud State University. Melissa oversees accounting and administration functions, ensuring that all financial, administrative and human resource operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, and traveling.

Darin Jensen

Chief Engineer

Darin joined Bellcomb as Sales Engineer. Darin holds a B.E. in Composites Engineering from Winona State and has been active in the composites industry since 1988. Darin believes composites should not only be lighter in your assemblies but lighter on your budget too.

Mark Philion

Director of Sales

Prior to joining Bellcomb, Mark had P&L responsibility in both sales and manufacturing positions. Mark’s experience runs the gamut, from midsized companies to Fortune 500s to the Marines. Mark holds B.S. and M.B.A degrees. He enjoys spending significant time with an active family. He spends his free time as a ski instructor during the winter and an archery instructor in the summer.
