Bellcomb Technologies is located in a modern manufacturing facility in Minneapolis, MN. With manufacturing capacity of more than 1,000,000 square meters of panels per year, Bellcomb can easily accommodate clients’ highest volume applications. We can produce even the most complicated panel designs completely in-house, giving us significant advantages in maximizing efficiency, shortening lead times and controlling quality.

Core Processing

Bellcomb is the single largest consumer of some types of honeycomb core material and enjoys sharing that advantage with our clients. Bellcomb has broad capabilities for manufacturing and processing core materials. This allows us to pass along the Bellcomb advantage of purchasing raw materials in bulk and then processing them ourselves to meet our clients’ specific size and construction requirements.

Bonding

As any engineer knows, this is what separates the best from the pack, and Bellcomb is uniquely poised to provide custom solutions. Our ability to optimize adhesive selection based on design requirements, raw materials and cost is second to none. Our multiple laminating production lines, each using a different proprietary adhesive and process technology, give us great flexibility in fabricating a wide range of products. Additionally, our prototype protocol can accommodate many special adhesives in limited volume prior to a decision to add to standard offerings.

Machining

Our modern CNC machining centers and programming expertise allow us to tackle the most complicated designs and maintain extremely tight tolerances. With multi-axis capability we are able to produce complex shapes, drill & tap holes, and generate special profiles. We also operate a variety of custom finishing equipment to put the final touches on any job.

Assembly and Special Features

Panel solutions can be as simple or complex as a design dictates. We have complete in-house assembly and custom finishing capabilities. Multi-panel systems can be shipped complete or kitted for easy field assembly.
