aNALYSIS

Design begins with dialogue.  You talk we listen.  We ask questions, you provide direction.  We summarize, you confirm that we understand your needs.  Utilizing traditional analysis techniques along with a proprietary program developed by leading composite experts (exclusively for Bellcomb), we calculate stresses and displacements in composite panels.  Our software allows us to determine which materials configurations match up best with your structural needs.  It's not uncommon for us to analyze multiple design options to ensure we satisfy each and every customer requirement and to provide you with the best sandwich panel possible.

DESIGN

Our design team is adept at reviewing your panel or panel system requirements and aligning them with our capabilities o order to provide multiple solutions to meet your needs

Our comprehensive understanding of the wide variety of core and skin materials coupled with our extensive manufacturing capabilities offers multiple design possibilities.  Once the composite panel design is established, our Engineering group generates the necessary design, manufacturing and quality documents to ensure your satisfaction.
